Refund Policy

Please shop carefully, as once your order has shipped, there will be no option for cancellation or refund. We stand behind and guarantee the quality of our items however we will replace manufacturing faults at no cost within 14 days of the delivery date. The chances of you receiving a faulty item are extremely slim as each order is packed by hand and inspected thoroughly before it is sent. If you believe your item is faulty or was damaged in transit, please email hello@theenamellibrary.com.au within the 14 days to arrange replacement.

Forced returns (items returned to sender because the receiver did not pay taxes, duties or fees, ie refused delivery) are not a valid return and do not qualify for a refund. In fact some shipments may be destroyed if unclaimed as opposed to returned, so please keep this in mind when ordering. 

Woodmarks are printed on timber which retains its natural texture and shape and therefore may not be entirely flat. This is standard for Woodmarks and Wooden Prints and therefore not considered a fault.

Pre-Order cancellations are available within 7 days from order date. Past this time, cancellations are no longer available as items will have begun manufacturing for you and any applicable licensing fees will be owed. The Enamel Library aims to always ship pre-orders on time and has an excellent track record of doing so- in the case of any delays, it would be communicated promptly and options provided. In the case of the customer's change of mind outside of the 7 day window (including but not limited to not wanting to pay their tariffs or duties) refunds are not available. In the case of any rare exception, refunds would be calculated with any transaction or conversion fees deducted.
